Arrow Escape ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by AppDev. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our mobile application Arrow Escape ("the App"), how that information is used, and your rights regarding it.
By downloading or using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any directly identifying personal information.
The following data is collected automatically by third-party SDKs integrated into the App:
A. ADVERTISING DATA (Google AdMob) • Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Google Advertising ID on Android) • Device type, model, and operating system version • IP address (used to derive approximate country/region) • Ad interactions (impressions, clicks, conversions) • App activity related to ads
Purpose: To serve relevant advertisements and measure ad performance. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID or opt out).
B. ANALYTICS DATA (Firebase Analytics) • Anonymous app instance identifier • Screen views and in-app events (e.g. level started, level completed) • App version, device language, and OS version • Session duration and crash reports
Purpose: To understand how players use the App and to improve gameplay and performance. This data is aggregated and not linked to your identity.
C. PURCHASE DATA (RevenueCat) — if you make an in-app purchase • Purchase history and subscription status • Device identifier used to restore purchases • Transaction receipts (processed by Apple App Store or Google Play)
Purpose: To manage and restore in-app purchases. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple or Google — we never see your card details.
D. ON-DEVICE STORAGE • Game progress, level completion, hearts remaining, and app settings are stored locally on your device using standard iOS/Android storage APIs. • This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.

We use the information described above to: • Display advertisements to support the free version of the App • Analyse how the App is used so we can fix bugs and improve features • Restore in-app purchases when you reinstall the App • Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
